Dear MRGN Members,
As we approach the end of 2025, I would like to take this opportunity to reflect on what has been a dynamic and progressive year for MRGN, and to share a brief outlook on what lies ahead in 2026.
The past year has been one of evolution and strategic focus for our network and our member firms. At MRGN, we have continued to strengthen our global positioning, enhance collaboration across regions, and reinforce our commitment to professional excellence and sustainable growth. At the same time, many of you have navigated significant changes within your own firms—driven by rapid technological advancement, the growing impact of AI, and an increasingly complex global business environment. Your adaptability, resilience, and active engagement have been key to our collective success.
Throughout 2025, we remained focused on quality-led growth, ensuring that MRGN continues to attract firms that share our values, standards, and long-term vision. We were pleased to welcome new member firms across different regions, further strengthening our international footprint and sector expertise. While expansion remains important, our priority continues to be building a strong, connected, and collaborative network.
This year also marked continued progress in knowledge sharing and professional development. We delivered a series of technical sessions, webinars, and member-led discussions, which were well attended and highly valuable. I would like to sincerely thank all members who contributed their time, insights, and expertise. Looking ahead to 2026, we are working on enhancing our training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to further support your firms and teams in an evolving professional landscape.
In 2025, we placed strong emphasis on regional engagement through meetings and events designed to foster closer connections, encourage collaboration, and facilitate meaningful networking. The energy and momentum created through these gatherings have been extremely encouraging. We will continue to build on this approach in 2026, alongside plans for larger international engagements that will bring our global community together.
A key strategic milestone this year has been the formation of a new alliance with the Global Referral Network, further strengthening our international reach and cross-border collaboration capabilities. This partnership marks an important step in expanding opportunities for our member firms and enhancing the value we deliver to clients worldwide. In line with this development, we have also begun a rebranding initiative connected to MRGN, which reflects our evolving identity, strategic direction, and commitment to a more integrated global network. Further updates on this rebranding will be shared as we move into the new year.
From a strategic and technical perspective, we are also focused on introducing new tools, resources, and initiatives aimed at supporting member firms in delivering high-quality services efficiently and confidently. More details on these developments will be shared in the coming months.
As we close the year, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all MRGN members for your continued trust, contribution, and commitment to our network. On behalf of the MRGN leadership team, I wish you, your colleagues, and your families a peaceful holiday season and a very Happy New Year.

When Edward Moore founded his firm in 1866, and C. H. As President for over six years, I have witnessed firsthand the determination, talent, and unity that fuel our growth. We faced profound challenges, particularly when some of our firms aligned with another network. Yet, from those very trials came transformation. The commitment of our members reignited our momentum and reestablished Moores Rowland among the world’s leading global accounting and advisory networks, recognized at the highest levels of our industry.
Today, in an era defined by speed, complexity, and interconnection, our relevance has never been greater. Technology has eliminated borders, enabling us to deliver solutions with unmatched precision, efficiency, and scale. Clients now demand not only technical expertise but also foresight, agility, and a trusted hand to guide them through uncertainty. And this is exactly where Moores Rowland excels.

This year, we have taken a bold step forward. In collaboration with the Global Referral Network—a powerhouse alliance of legal and financial professionals spanning 160 jurisdictions worldwide—we launched MRGN (Moores Rowland – Global Referral Network).
